Exercise 1.1: Line and Space Identification--p.3 Students will identify the line or space number on which the notes are placed. Students will complete 3 through 12. Exercise 1.2: Pitch Relationships--p. 4 Students will determine whether the second note in each measure is higher, lower, or the same as the first note in each measure. Students will complete 4 through 13. Exercise 1.3: Pitch Relationships--p. 4 Three notes are given in each problem. Students will rewrite the notes from lowest to highest in the blank measures.
